See my video answer below, but in a nutshell this is a photo of a Category 5e UTP cable with the plastic jacked removed, and with the wires organized based on the TIA 568B standard. (The latest version of the standard is 568C, but the color sequence is the same and many people still simply refer to it as 568B).
